Excellent response to my query, with a very helpful and empathetic handling of my issue. The whole process was completed with the absolute minimum of fuss and in a highly professional way. Hello to who it may concern I have never had an issue with any of the staff reference to asking some information . Patient, efficient and empathetic adviser

I have had a problem accessing my account and have rung six times. On each occasion I have received useful help, but because there was a problem with my memorable word I was locked out of access. On the fifth and sixth occasions I received excellent help from Lisa, who went above and beyond to ensure that my access was restored, and who was almost as excited as I was when I finally got into my account!
