Wonderful helpful staff

I found your website to be rather hard to manage. I phoned for help and Chi, in a lovely cheerful way, help enormously. But for her I would have taken my business elswhere. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

Helpful and knowledgable staff

I called and spoke with Chi today who was super helpful in helping me regain access to my account. She spent additional spent time setting me with up with online banking to help managing my account easier and at the end offered to switch my account to a new one with a slightly better interest rate. Chi was patient whilst I was setting up my online access and it felt like nothing would have been too much trouble. I was thinking about closing my account but based on my interaction today I will likely keep it open and use more regularly. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026

Sophia dealt with my query regarding my inward transfer of an ISA from another provider extremely efficiently. She followed up for me and called me back when she said she would with a clear response and suggested way forward. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
