The prize draws are few and far between and don't really merit having £25 in every month. They are also in the habit of sending emails saying you might need to top up to be eligible when you haven't taken money out, leading to regular panics that your account has been compromised Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Decent rate saver

Good rates. Good customer service.

They don't wait long to increase interest rates and update rates on your account automatically. Customer service is always quick to respond. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Slightly annoying

By putting money away you get entered into a prize draw with quite good odds, which makes it more annoying when you don't win! They also regularly send out emails saying you may not have topped up your account two days after money going into account, which makes you worry about something having gone wrong and is quite stressful and completely unnecessary Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
