    Good customer service.

    Good customer service. However only one rate now for credit card 24.9%. Previously had a gold card for good members with more competitive rate.

    I have contacted Nationwide when I thought I had been scammed. It was easy to contact their fraud dept.. The customer service agents were knowledgeable...
