They also provide a substantial number of local branches, making them easily accessible. Their employees, both online and in branches, are friendly and knowledgeable, always keen to help with any queries or concerns. I have been banking with them for eight years and have been very happy, although more recently I have reduced the number of products I hold with them in favour of even more environmentally and ethically focused providers: Triodos and Ecology Building Society, both of whom I can also highly recommend.
