I love everything about Nationwide - from the 6.5% interest regular saver (best interest rate available for an instant access account when opened) to the... I love everything about Nationwide - from the 6.5% interest regular saver (best interest rate available for an instant access account when opened) to the Flex account that includes travel insurance, breakdown cover and mobile phone insurance for a very reasonable monthly fee. I have also had a Nationwide credit card for over 20 years that remains fee free to use abroad. And not forgetting the £100 annual bonus for simply having 2 accounts with them!     A VERY satisfied OAP customer!

    I have been a banking customer for over half a century, but it is only since I changed to Nationwide Building Society that I have... I get a good rate on my savings and they have even rewarded me for being a customer!
