In branch customer service excellent.

Poor phone insurance

Cracked my screen on a iPhone sent it away to be repaired. They replaced it with a none genuine screen. Flashes up with a warning sign inferior part. Told to contact trading standards if I didn’t like it. Will be cancelling my accounts with this company that I been with since I was a teenager. I’m 59 now. Very poor. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2023

Good extras with this paid account but not as good as pre COVID

The account no longer pays interest but otherwise has good benefits , car breakdown, phone insurance and holiday insurance Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
