Poor phone insurance Cracked my screen on a iPhone sent it away to be repaired. They replaced it with a none genuine screen. Flashes up with a warning sign inferior part.... Read more Reviewed on: 3rd December 2023

Packaged account provides useful insurance at a reasonable price. Breakdown insurance was efficiently implemented when needed. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

In branch customer service excellent.

In branch customer service is always excellent. Products on offer are good, especially flex plus account which offers some insurances for small monthly sum. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Poor phone insurance

Cracked my screen on a iPhone sent it away to be repaired. They replaced it with a none genuine screen. Flashes up with a warning sign inferior part. Told to contact trading standards if I didn’t like it. Will be cancelling my accounts with this company that I been with since I was a teenager. I’m 59 now. Very poor. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2023

Good extras with this paid account but not as good as pre COVID
