I like Nationwide as it is an easy bank to deal with, whether online, via their app or else in-Branch. I have liked my Nationwide Savings account for a lon...

I have liked my Nationwide Savings account for a long time, but the other day all of my accounts were missing on the app. The customer service was not very reassuring, and simply told me to take my ID to branch. I went to a branch and they unblocked my accounts, but I was left with no access to any of my money for more than 24 hours with no warning and no notification that my accounts had been blocked. Feeling at home with another branch!
