Great app

Very easy to open an account, great tutorials on how to use the app. Love how quick they notify you when money has entered or left your account by notification. Much faster than my current account with another bank. Gives peace of mind. Used abroad with absolutely no issues. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Excellent customer service

Had a savings account with nationwide that I had forgot existed. They were in touch because letters were being returned due to wrong address. Went into branch to sort out. Customer service was brilliant. Very fast and friendly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Transparent with offers and rates

First credit card company I’ve dealt with that is completely transparent about your promotional rates in the bank statements. I can see how much money I have left to pay off for each promotion I’ve used and it pays them off in order of which promotion ends first and is very clear about this. I can’t count the number of times I’ve trawled through documents and statements of other banks to find out when my promotional rate ends. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
