Good ISA and fairer share

So helpful and reassuring!

I wanted to consolidate money from several different accounts scattered around many different building societies into one ISA, and didn't have a clue how to go about it. I booked an appointment with a lady from Nationwide who talked me through the process and did it all for me. Friendly, helpful staff

I went into my local branch to get help with consolidating several cash ISAs into one, and closing down my old ISA accounts. The lady who took me through the process was super helpful and efficient, explained everything clearly and was very reassuring, and got everything done quickly and efficiently.
