Needed help to set up a cash ISA, being a bit of a "dinasour" with technology, went into branch. Having the patience to listen and help made the process much easier. Have always found the staff in our branch of Nationwide will go that extra mile, especially with us older people. Have recommended Nationwide to friends and family, some of whom are now customers.
