Friendly, helpful staff

I went into my local branch to get help with consolidating several cash ISAs into one, and closing down my old ISA accounts. The lady who took me through the process was super helpful and efficient, explained everything clearly and was very reassuring, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Unbeatable customer service

Easy to use banking via their app with excellent clear information. There are rarely any problems or issues but whenever there are, they are always really responsive and helpful. In addition I really appreciate that they have many branches where you can actually go and talk to a real human being, not an AI bot. On a side note, they are always very helpful and kind to my elderly mum, who struggles to understand online banking and prefers to do things the 'old fashioned' way.
