They will NOT return your SAVINGS after maturing

This bank is a scam, quite clearly. I see that other customers have had the same experience: I AM UNABLE TO RECOVER MATURED FUNDS. This is really really serious and I have now written to the FCA for assistance. No way to reach them on the phone or email: however, the LOANS department answer instantly and then refused to help. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SAVINGS: I have a tax bill to pay and am unable to pay it because my money is stuck with them having matured a while back. Reviewed on: 5th August 2025

It has been easy to invest with better interest rates than in the High Street. I have been investing with My Community Bank for the last several years and I am offered a preferential savings rate when I renew. Reviewed on: 27th July 2025

Most worthless Bank to deal with

Have never dealt with such a worthless Bank (I've had accounts in 20+ banks). Once the Savings Product Matured, they wouldn't transfer the Matured Capital + Interest to the Nominated Bank. Impossible to reach/contact via Telephone - have to wait for hours, not minutes. Emails just don't get responded to - even in a month (I think no one even looks at them). So, you will be stuck without your Money and losing Interest. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
