It's not a proper Bank.

It's not a proper Bank. It doesn't show your Biscuit Current account when you log into their website. The transaction dates do not match at times. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

It's not a Proper Bank.

It's not a Proper Bank. One can't see the Current Account (Biscuit) by logging in to their website. The transaction dates are wrong on the App and the Balance doesn't tally with the Actual Balance. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026

Most worthless Bank to deal with

Have never dealt with such a worthless Bank (I've had accounts in 20+ banks). Once the Savings Product Matured, they wouldn't transfer the Matured Capital + Interest to the Nominated Bank. Impossible to reach/contact via Telephone - have to wait for hours, not minutes. Emails just don't get responded to - even in a month (I think no one even looks at them). So, you will be stuck without your Money and losing Interest. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
