Most worthless Bank to deal with

Have never dealt with such a worthless Bank (I've had accounts in 20+ banks). Once the Savings Product Matured, they wouldn't transfer the Matured Capital + Interest to the Nominated Bank. Impossible to reach/contact via Telephone - have to wait for hours, not minutes. Emails just don't get responded to - even in a month (I think no one even looks at them). So, you will be stuck without your Money and losing Interest. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

HEBS Savings

HEBS started with a very good Iterest Rate, but then fell behind. If you don't include the reference no while transferring the money, your money woudn't be credited to your account (fair enough), but once sorted, you won't get the Interest on it for those days even if the money was with the Society. All standing orders should receive interest from the date received by our bank. If the reference number was omitted, the interest received will be manually back dated to the date the funds were received.
