The bank from hell ignore my plea for help

Help! My community bank ignored my instructions to move money from a maturing account. I opened a complaint back on 28th October - but after a month they haven't even tried to help me. It's now 26th November and they still haven't bothered to even try to put things right. They have some of my money - but just ignore me and I simply do not know what to do. I'm very worried. What should I do? This is the promise they didn't keep on 28 October: We are sorry that you feel you have cause to complain to us. We are writing to acknowledge receipt of your complaint on 27/10/2021 We will review the issue and the allocated first line complaints handler will aim to make initial contact with you within 14 days Reviewed on: 26th November 2021

Great service both to customers and community

I chose to bank with My Community Bank because of the service they offer to local communities and also because they manage to combine this with good savings rates. I wanted my money to be used for a good cause while I have no immediate use for it. Reviewed on: 30th August 2021

Savings Bonds

The savings bonds available not only offered one of the highest interest rates on the market, but provided with a lot of flexibility on the amount of investment and life term of the bonds. It makes the products on offer more accessible to those only able save small amounts of money and still achieve rates that are normal only accessible by investing larger funds.
