Excluding the interest rates on offer, which are higher than main stream banks, Community Bank are easy to contact and deal with. Having dealt with several different banks and mortgage providers, Community Bank has the best Customer Service. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Transferred money to my savings, customer service was fabulous and put all my concerns to rest, was so understanding, was expecting a curt response of give it 2 working days, but she was brilliant, really helpful, explained to me how long the transfer would take, and the processess.
