Great product, friendly staff!

I was unsure about which savings product to go for, but the Virgin staff were brilliant and so helpful. they explained everything and I was under no pressure to decide during my appointment. I am so happy that I chose them to save with.

I opened a Fixed Rate Savings Account at my local Virgin Money. The customer service was really good, I actually felt like a valued customer, especially with the complimentary coffee and biscuit! The interest rate they offered was very competitive for the product I wanted and it's really convenient to be able to pop into the branch rather than do everything online.
