I've been trying for 3 days to get through to this company. It is completely exasperating. You wait and you wait and you wait. Eventually the music cuts out in the end and the recording voice just repeats itself over and over. I tried several time to contact "customer services" in their HQ. But despite my protestations they transfer you to the same answer service. I'm thinking of calling the police and saying they have stolen my money as I have no access to it. The worst worst "service" ever
