Decent Interest Rate and Great Customer Service

I opened a Fixed Rate Savings Account at my local Virgin Money. The customer service was really good, I actually felt like a valued customer, especially with the complimentary coffee and biscuit! The interest rate they offered was very competitive for the product I wanted and it's really convenient to be able to pop into the branch rather than do everything online.
