The bank from hell ignore my plea for help

Help! My community bank ignored my instructions to move money from a maturing account. I opened a complaint back on 28th October - but after a month they haven't even tried to help me. It's now 26th November and they still haven't bothered to even try to put things right. They have some of my money - but just ignore me and I simply do not know what to do. I'm very worried. What should I do? This is the promise they didn't keep on 28 October: We are sorry that you feel you have cause to complain to us. We are writing to acknowledge receipt of your complaint on 27/10/2021 We will review the issue and the allocated first line complaints handler will aim to make initial contact with you within 14 days Reviewed on: 26th November 2021
