On on completion day there were problems...

On completion day, additional documents were needed from our conveyancer although we received a welcome email the day before telling us everything was ready. Completion... On completion day, additional documents were needed from our conveyancer although we received a welcome email the day before telling us everything was ready. Completion was delayed by 1.5 hours and it was a very stressful time. The sellers up the chain were threatening to charge us interest. Newbury need to make sure that everything is in place for the loan before completion day. This has knocked our confidence Read more Read less

Special praise is due to Sindra who spent 40 minutes with me giving excellent advice . She was so well informed about the Society's products and what would be best for me and I really appreciated her personal service.
