A great Mortgage Lender to have.

A great Mortgage Lender to have supporting your lifestyle. We have had our Mortgage with Newbury Building Society for many years now. Having recently taken advantage of a product change. Their advisors were working for us all the way, giving us sound financial options to select from. Then last week our circumstances changed and we needed some quick options. To our Rescue came Lauren Dearlove! Calling us over the weekend made it very convenient to get some practical help from her and a guide as to what our best way forward would be. Website is really clear. People are super helpful

Very helpful and professional

We had a relatively complicated mortgage set up and we were first-time buyers, but the staff at the Newbury office, in particular Lauren and Sezanne, were extremely helpful and professional. They were very responsive to the various queries and concerns we had and helped to get everything finalised in time. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
