Excellent from Start to Finish - Newbury BS Fantastic

As a whole of market Mortgage Adviser/IFA it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team were able to confirm that my client would be suitable and the whole process from initial phone call, application, underwriting, required documentation was completed in a professional and easy manner. My aim is to provide excellent customer service/experience at all times and in this case Newbury BS made it simple. The NBS mortgage rate is competitive

The NBS mortgage rate is competitive, and the communication is prompt. They are sensitive to customer's need and reply to emails quickly. I do recommend them to anyone who is after remortgage. Reviewed on: 18th September 2026

Easy to access customer services and quick to respon...

Easy to access customer services and quick to respond to queries. There was some slight confusion over the wording in emails regarding a payment for a re-valuation to move from a self-build mortgage onto a standard mortgage product, however the rest of our experienec was great. Expat BTL remortgage.

Expat BTL remortgage. From initial discussions with the team to the underwriting stages being promptly addressed and, when any obstacles arose, the communication was mostly same day. The only area for improvement is the paper application process being incorporated into a portal, however everything else was easy to address. All the team were very helpful and efficient. Excellent experience
