Great Customer Service at Winchester

I called into the Winchester branch this morning about my account which operates with a passbook. My bank and other savings institutions have long since left our high street do actually calling into a branch was is an experience with which I am no longer familiar. There was some catching up paperwork to be done and the lady who dealt with it couldn't have been more helpful and dealt with everything very efficiently. I now realise how impersonal it is just to deal with my other accounts on line. Thank you ! Reviewed on: 17th August 2026
