Great communication from start to finish

We have recently repaid our mortgage early with Newbury and found the process easy and uncomplicated both online and over the telephone. It is so good, especially in this day and age, to be able to contact the Newbury by telephone, for the call to be answered quickly and efficiently and put through to the correct department straight away. We would highly recommend the Newbury. The staff we have dealt with over the years have always been highly trained and professional . People who are Easy to deal with

Excellent to deal with for things that are no run of the mill standard. They are people you can talk to knowing they will make informed decisions based on common sense and not just a faceless inflexible computerised system. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2026

Redeemed my mortgage- Sian and Charlotte thankyou

I wanted to repay my mortgage in full. Charlotte explained everything fully what I needed to do. Then I spoke to Sian twice when I had the date and she was also excellent and very patient with me. Excellent customer Service. Reviewed on: 19th June 2026
