A life time of help and support

I've been with the Newbury for c25years. They have supported me and my family through multiple re-mortgages, buying a boat, moving house. They have always been helpful supportive and competitive suggesting various products which are cheaper and more appropriate to my needs. I no longer look at the competition as the trust and confidence I have in the Newbury gives me the peace of mind that I have the right product and support. Over the 25 years I have dealt with many Newbury advisors and they all work in the same way being supportive helpful and acting with integrity. This is a testament not only to the leadership but to the culture of the organisation which has stayed true to its values even in difficult financial times. Extremely helpful

Every time I contact Newbury they go above and beyond to help offer their knowledgeable advice. No one else offers such a personal touch where you a person not just an account number. We have had our mortgage for 6 years now and are currently going through the process of remortgaging. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Mortgage service and support

I have now been with Newbury BS for the last 5 years. The company is without doubt the most efficient, user friendly and internet easy firm I have ever dealt with. Homest, trustworthy and excellent service

I have always held my mortgage with the Newbury Building Society. Their rates are competitive, the staff are always friendly, helpful and competent and when renewing at the end of a mortgage deal they have always offered another good deal without charging me any kind of fees for renewing. Great mortgage product
