Excellent from Start to Finish - Newbury BS Fantastic

As a whole of market Mortgage Adviser/IFA it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team were able to confirm that my client would be suitable and the whole process from initial phone call, application, underwriting, required documentation was completed in a professional and easy manner. My aim is to provide excellent customer service/experience at all times and in this case Newbury BS made it simple.
