Homest, trustworthy and excellent service

I have always held my mortgage with the Newbury Building Society. Their rates are competitive, the staff are always friendly, helpful and competent and when renewing at the end of a mortgage deal they have always offered another good deal without charging me any kind of fees for renewing. Great mortgage product

I have had a mortgage with the Newbury BS since 2000. Whenever, I have spoken to anyone in the branch they have always been most helpful. I am lucky to have a very good tracker product with them. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Best option for shared ownership

Newbury were so good at re newing our mortgage offer. We had 18 months of delays getting into our new build shared ownership property. They kept our mortgage offer going throughout the delays. They are easy to get hold of and always helpful. They even sent us a moving in box which was so unexpected and made the experience of using them go above and beyond what we expected.
