Local branch equals excellent service

Opening an account

After receiving a letter through the post I decided to take a look at the branch and decided to enquire about savings accounts- your in branch mobile customer advisor Andrew lead through the process of opening an account. Most professional and friendly. Reviewed on: 18th July 2026

The friendly, fair, mutual building society.

Branch is open all day Mon-Fri & Sat morn; Staff are friendly and helpful; you get any share of bonuses regardless of which account you have; its easy to transfer to a nominated account; you get a account book for your savings not a card. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
