Savings Review ..

We were seen by Richard Hands who dealt with our needs very well. He transferred our ISA new funds into an existing account then arranged a product switch to a new rate. All handled very professionally Reviewed on: 18th August 2026

Customer service

Could not fault the customer service.I did not have the correct Id on the first visit,but everything was set up apart from this and went back today and it was so straightforward and so clearly explained. Reviewed on: 18th August 2026

Didcot - Cassie

I came to the branch hoping to open an account for my daughter, I was delighted at how helpful all the staff were to accommodate us. Cassie is a credit to your branch, she made the appointment so easy to understand whilst being warm and friendly. I wish I opened my own ISA here, next year I will move my savings to Newbury.
