First Rate Customer Experience

Telephone support (for recovering my profile), was quickly and efficiently completed. Using Secure Messages (when I had a few questions), was a similar experience. The online application was clearly laid out and it was simple to upload identity documents. The online account and the app works well for me and my wife and you can do the important things on them. The 2 faster payments I did were shown on my account in 2 hours and 6 hours. The joint Senior Monthly Account Is ideal and has a reasonable interest rate. Reviewed on: 12th September 2026

Excellent experience

Cassie was excellent, I also have to say the whole experience with Didcot branch was excellent. It has a very welcoming feel with all of the staff, who made me feel exteremely welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Also very important the appoointment did not feel rushed and I always feel listened to. Reviewed on: 5th September 2026
