I loved the welcome goodie pack when I moved into my...

I loved the welcome goodie pack when I moved into my new house which I had never had from another lender. It was such a lovely treat when I was exhausted from moving. The staff have all been lovely whenever I’ve had any interaction with them over the 5 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to use NBS again. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2026

Bespoke Mortgage

Newbury were able to offer us a Bespoke mortgage based on our unique and unusual circumstances where high street lenders were unable. The mortgage underwriter was quick to respond and customer service were able to adjust my payment dates efficiently upon completion. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

Very easy to deal with.

We found the initial mortgage application process very straightforward, as was the re-mortgage a few years later. On the few times we had to contact customer service, the response was always clear and in reasonable time. We would certainly use them again in future if needed. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I have been a mortgage holder with Newbury for over...

I have been a mortgage holder with Newbury for over 15 years. Never had a issue with them. Just recently renewed with them. The quote they gave me lasted a month, which was great, as during that time, Mr T decided to increase the oil price, which then meant interest % rates could move up. My quote was set before this all kicked off. The only slight negative i had is that i had to travel to another town to get a appointment. I was looking for a Saturday appointment, but they did not provide that in my location. Apart from that, every thing was excellent. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
