Very easy to deal with.

We found the initial mortgage application process very straightforward, as was the re-mortgage a few years later. On the few times we had to contact customer service, the response was always clear and in reasonable time. We would certainly use them again in future if needed. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Easy mortgage change

Very helpful staff and easy to understand their processes. Changing my mortgage was very straightforward. Possibly not the most competitive rates, but suited our situation. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
