Ridiculous service .

Opened a new account in branch went in to collect passbook and was told to provide identification which I dont have but it was the... Opened a new account in branch went in to collect passbook and was told to provide identification which I dont have but it was the same person who had my details when I opened the account so they knew who I was so they said they would have to post it despite the fact that I live a lot closer to the branch than the postbox they would have to use due to limited post here by the time the weekend is over it will be at least 6 days before I get it Read more Read less
