SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

The service from the initial contact through to the mortgage completion was outstanding. Jane, the mortgage advisor was very professional, listened to us and showed us the possible mortgage options. At last! A provider that understands my needs.

Over the past 2 years I have spend countless hours exploring various options for Equity Release. While I have adequate funds invested in my pension I could show little income to providers because I have been financially sensible saving into and then living off my ISA investments. The Hanley was the only provider I could find that was savvy enough to realise that people with solid investments should be able to use those investments as evidence of income potential and therefore allow a lifetime interest only mortgage product to be offered Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Very helpful.
