I would like to thank Lana Beech at Hanley Economic Building Society for her excellent support throughout my mortgage application. Lana was consistently friendly, professional, and extremely efficient, and she was particularly helpful in guiding me through a challenging and complex valuation stage. Her clear communication, persistence, and willingness to help made a very stressful process far more manageable.
