Since purchasing a mortgage from Hanley I have been vey satisfied with the customer care received, whenever I have called customer services I’ve never waited more than a minute to speak with a customer service representative. I have always the customer service representatives to be very polite, understanding and extremely helpful indeed. I also believe the products they offer as very comprehensive and good value for money. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
