Very positive experience.

All my customer experiences have been very positive. I have several accounts with Triodos, for savings, joint account and current account. The online interface is very easy to work, customer services are very competent and a pleasure to contact. I have never had any trouble getting through or dealing with the required team. I think the small fee I pay for each account is very reasonable, particularly knowing that my money is being used ethically. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2026

A bank that does good

I like this bank because they are ethical and easy to manage online. I don't want to fund dodgy stuff that harms people or the planet so I like to use Triodos. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

The ethical side of banking we need

Always happy to encourage people to sign up to Triodos as it does what it says on the tin. It is open and honest and they are there to help if necessary. Great staff BUT it is ruthless with checks on you which can be tedious. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
