Brilliant savings platform with great features

Brilliant savings platform with high security level and a wide range of products. Online and app are excellent. Self help literature is pretty good but always backed up by excellent customer support. Love the unified monthly reports. Reviewed on: 1st March 2026

A fantastic savings and investment hub

Hargreaves Lansdown is a fantastic hub for all savings and investment needs under one roof. There are a variety of banks and building societies to choose from offering different length terms, and it's so easy to open an account, top up, and transfer funds between banks if they offer better rates of interest. You know you can trust their list of banks, all covered by the FSCS. Once you are registered with Hargreaves Lansdown, there is no need to go through all the admin and identification required when opening accounts independently. Their communication and security are excellent, their call-back is excellent and there is a wealth of information on all areas of savings and investment. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Always be on the best ISA rate!

I want to be on the best ISA rate, without having to keep applying for a new account every time. Here. I can easily move money from bank to bank, without a 14 day waiting time, where interest rates can change again. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Website not intuitive to use.

Their ISA Savings hub has the advantages of switching between accounts without the transfer time delay in Standard ISAs. I'm able to have the best interest rates within 24hrs to 48hrs as opposed to Upton a month, where interest rates could drop whilst in transfer. Their website is poorly designed with very small links positioned across the whole page instead of in one place, such as across the top or in drop down menus. I've uneccessserilly had to call up the help desk to ask how to do simple tasks, because the page is not intuitive. I'm pretty good with. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

Guarantee the best AER fast

I love this way of saving in ISAs because it allows me to switch between different banks without the delay in the transfer process. Allowing me to get the best interest rate available. Very easy to manage accounts online too. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
