HL came out top for range of sustainable funds and are a big player. Attempted their online pension transfer, which fell over to a "website currently unavailable" message. Called helpline. Apparently it's been down "for a few weeks". Any date for a fix? "as soon as possible. We don't know when. Try this paper form instead" . Really not what I was looking for, for efficient online SIPP management. Clearly not a priority for them to fix. Nor do they even bother to warn you at the outset. Read more Read less
