If you end up dealing with their Front Line (telephone based) based staff it may be a bit of a struggle!

    Very pleased with Hargreaves Lansdown

    Moved my ISA portfolio to Hargreaves Lansdown as had such poor service from Fidelity Investments. HL keep me informed via email and website very informative and easy to navigate.
