Transferring in and out is not straight forward.

Transferred an ISA last tax year. That did take a few attempts. But the interest was very competitive. Now after the introductory rate has completed, they don't have an alternative cash isa to move it to, and their rate is now below competitors. However, transferring out to another provider online is problematic, as they don't have a sort code or sensible account number, which are required for the online transfe forms. And so I haven't managed to complete a transfer request. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Excellent rate for a cash ISA

Transferred in my ISA last tax year and then added more to it. The bonus rate was the clincher. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
