Thirty five years of excellent service

We have been FD customers for over thirty five years and have had consistently excellent service in all areas. They have a range of accounts which we have used at various stages in managing our finances to meet our needs at the time, from having a young family to dealing with pensions. First Direct, more than 30 years on and still happy

I have banked with first direct now since I was a teenager, I am now 54 years old and have had nothing but excellent service from them, I would highly recommend them to bank with in all aspects of your money, I have savings, current and offset mortgage accounts with them and can honestly say all my feedback is 100%positive. Simple and secure to use.

The regular saver account is simple and secure to use. Using the app to request a regular saver was quick a simple, the account was setup in a couple of days, I was kept updating with the account application and understood what having a regular saver means. At the end of twelve months I got the interest paid and the money transferred and was kept informed about the process. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
