A Simple, Transparent Bank That Aligns With Your Values

I’ve used Triodos Bank’s current account for some years now. What sets it apart is its genuinely ethical approach and focus on responsible banking. Knowing that my money is being used to support positive initiatives makes a big difference to me. I love that Triodos is transparent about where funds go. The account itself is simple but effective. The mobile app is easy to use, and it covers all the essentials. For day-to-day use, it works smoothly and reliably. Yes, there’s a small monthly fee (£3), but I see that as a fair trade-off for a bank that priorities ethics and transparency. banks one aim - invest ethically & environmentally

This bank is one of the most important banks out there. Yes it takes care of my money but much much more importantly it takes care of the planet with my money. Why does anyone else bother with a current account in another bank that doesn’t invest in saving the planet I ask myself? I wish more banks did this but they want money for themselves rather than investing ethically. This bank should win to raise the profile. A truly ethical bank, with great customer service.

A few years ago, I discovered that choosing where to keep/save/invest your money is one of the most important ethical choices you can make. I knew I had to move my money out of my existing accounts, and then I found Triodos. They are consistently rated as one of the most ethical banking options by ethical consumer, and you can see that through all the amazing work they support (from community projects to renewable energy funding), and their transparency over their structure and investments. And alongside that their customer service has been brilliant, better than any other bank I have banked with. The switching process to join them was also really easy.
