Triodos for quality, equity and sustainability

I find Triodos to be far more equitable than other banks: it's CEO to median worker ratio is less than 5:1 rather than over 100:1 in other banks. I find Triodos to be far more sustainable than other banks: as shown by where it chooses to invest its assets. However I also find Triodos to be far more effecient and friendly: I wait less time to speak to a real person when I have an enquiry and the instances of there being a problem are much lower than with other previous banks. An excellent ethical bank with great customer service

I have been with Triodos bank for over a decade and have always been impressed. The online banking is easy to use and you can download transactions in different formats easily for the accountant. Customer service is excellent and the green and ethical investments and projects the bank supports are inspiring. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
