Thank you Triodos

I have used Triodos for my business for, I think, over 20 years, since discovering a bank with strong ethical policies, something that as a Fair Trade shop influences all our decisions. Since that time, as campaigning has raised public awareness, the majority of corporations, companies, businesses etc have been pressured into incorporating more sustainable, fair and ethical policies whereas Triodos chose to be a pioneer. In all that time I have found it easy to use on line but if an occasion arose and I needed to contact, this was also a very simple, and I was quickly speaking to a real person who dealt with my call effectively and without being rushed. I’m proud to be a Triodos customer and know that my business isn’t contributing negatively but actively supporting projects and communities to improve lives and futures. Love that they answer the phone and deal with the issue

Safe and Secure

We've been using Triodos for many years now and though there haven't been many transactions there is a sense that our money is safe and secure and active in helping sustainable projects. Also good service when we have any queries. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Purpose before profit

This is a bank that really puts the needs of the planet before profit. Whenever I come across an organisation that is trying to really make a difference I discover that they also bank with Triodos. That says it all. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Good customer service from an ethical bank

Triodos bank every penny supports good causes

The different with Triodos bank is that every penny that passes through the bank helps to good causes - environmental and social projects that are the foundation of our society.
