positive impact investment with good customer service

I love Triodos as I know they'll focus on making a positive impact with my money. Their customer service is reliable and honest and although slightly lower than other banks in interest, the benefit of being ethical is outweighing that. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026

Triodos helps me to save in an ethical way - I particularly appreciate that I could open an ISA on behalf of two of our godchildren so that I can show them that there is a different way of banking... it is not all about money but about how the world can help each other in a sustainable way.
