Customer service is very good, in-person, and all UK based (as it stands). They're slowly getting their act together in regards to the app, features, and compatibility. The monthly fee is £3.00 and hasn't slowly creeped up; which I feared. The rebranding and new app design is really easy on the eye and simple to use. A few years ago, they offered customers an overdraft amnesty, which was frankly incredible and very welcomed. I would like to see them introduce more regular customer loyalty rewards/cash incentives into their make-up moving forward; as like all banks they have benefited massively from subsequent increases in interest rates over the last few years, and will most likely. again in the near future. Always have a healthy and interesting catalogue of ethical and socially responsible opportunities. At the time I wanted to invest a chunk of inheritance longterm into the renewable energy sector - after a month or so, an offer to invest in Thrive Renewables Plc. came available and Triodos quickly and efficiently brokered the investment on my behalf; via their crowdfunding platform. I ended up investing in an established UK based renewable energy company; to help the push towards net-zero and independence in our energy sector.
