OLD money ISA rules.

When I misunderstood about ISA'S and went into move the money to a higher paying non ISA account the building society told me as it was old money I could move it into another higher interest ISA account without it affecting opening a new money ISA. Therefore I was quids in and happy. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026

Happy customer

Staff always polite and friendly and very helpful in dealing with queries. The only thing I would suggest is that they send out information to remind customers that their account is nearing maturity as not all people remember details of their accounts. Good society
