Supreme customer service

Apart from the savings interest rates, which attracted me to Mansfield at the time, the best aspect of my experience so far is the exceptional customer service. The website makes it easy to send enquiries and messages, all of which have been responded to exceptionally quickly - far faster than with any other bank or building society, in my experience - courteously and helpfully. We're sorry to hear you've experienced some delays in getting through to us - we've taken this feedback onboard and are currently looking at ways to improve this. We do have an online offering where some of our accounts can be opened this way. However, if your account has a passbook it won't have been possible to open this account online. It sounds as though you have registered to 'view' the account online. You're very welcome to contact us directly again and we can make sure we've covered your queries.
