Friendly staff

Reasonable experience

This investment was set up by a third party company. The main problem we encountered was following a house move when our new address was not accepted by Mansfield Building Society. We had untold problems sorting this out. Reviewed on: 26th May 2020

Sorry to say goodbye

Decided to move my ISA accounts elsewhere due to the interest rate offered being reduced and no longer able to support a local brand as elsewhere I can get double the interest rate with instant access. Reluctant to move to online provider as have been a savings customer with Mansfield since birth. I do have though savings accounts still with Mansfield on behalf of my 2 children. Straight forward and efficient by post.

Ok service

We had to wait 10 minutes although we had an appointment. Processing quite quick once we were seen. As I can remember the days when you just walked through the door and handed money over to open an account the whole appointment system seems a bit of a faff but I guess these are the times we live in.
