At last they have issued a monthly option income easy access saver (4) AND the interest rate does not reduce after a year. No need to open a new one each year. I have not had any problems with the app or website. Reviewed on: 27th July 2026

Great customer service

Savings rates might not always be top of the table but they are consistent with offering loyalty reward accounts for members. Great customer service and pay day reminders are brilliant for that prompt to save. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Great Rates from a Caring Mutual Building Society.

They always seem to have very good rates of interest and keep me informed of new saving schemes. When I arrange, on-line, to transfer a large amount of money to another person’s account, they went out of their way to make sure that it was legitimate, without me feeling that they were interfering, not some anonymous text warning!
