First Rate Customer Experience

Telephone support (for recovering my profile), was quickly and efficiently completed. Using Secure Messages (when I had a few questions), was a similar experience. The online application was clearly laid out and it was simple to upload identity documents. The online account and the app works well for me and my wife and you can do the important things on them. The 2 faster payments I did were shown on my account in 2 hours and 6 hours. The joint Senior Monthly Account Is ideal and has a reasonable interest rate. Reviewed on: 12th September 2026

At last they have issued a monthly option income eas...

At last they have issued a monthly option income easy access saver (4) AND the interest rate does not reduce after a year. No need to open a new one each year. I have not had any problems with the app or website. Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
