Best practice

Excellent service but with regard to withdrawals which can only be made by cheque then I think it is important to ensure that cheques are kept below £5,000 to allow people to pay them in via app which has amount limits, so possibly two cheques should be allowed where necessary. Confident informed choices

The staff member was very professional, polite and addressed our questions without being overly enthusiastic. She was able to explain and guide us to the investment plan we had been looking for and our final decision was in fact, on her advice that was definitely the best option. Supreme customer service

Apart from the savings interest rates, which attracted me to Mansfield at the time, the best aspect of my experience so far is the exceptional customer service. The website makes it easy to send enquiries and messages, all of which have been responded to exceptionally quickly - far faster than with any other bank or building society, in my experience - courteously and helpfully.
