Responsible Savings for the benefit of a community

As an investor in a credit union I do not expect a high interest rate I expect good money management according to the needs of the borrowers and small investors within the community. Thames bank fulfils this while providing education, and eyeopeners to those who have not needed a credit union. Supportive Saving

They have made it easy for me to access my account when I have had issues. I would not be able to save as I am on benefits and it is difficult. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026

A great service from Thamesbank Credit Union

I have so valued joining the Thamesbank Credit Union. I have two accounts - a Christmas saver and a general saver. Both have really helped me to budget better than before, helping me get through an expensive time of year more easily and putting money aside for when I need to draw on it. I may not be a typical credit union customer (as a higher rate taxpayer) but I would recommend it to anyone. The customer service from Thamesbank has also been really responsive and helpful, including during the transition to a new app. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Really excellent

I am quite a new customer as I have just been saving regularly with Thames Bank Credit Union for about 6 months, and the joining process was really excellent - couldn't have been easier to save regularly.
