Bank elsewhere if possible

I can not believe how the staff behave towards the customers it’s like your an annoyance to them , and if you need to speak to someone on the phone just forget it they do not answer the place is a shambles and the staff do not like serving the customers Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

Locally convenient

Although it's been told to me by LCCU employees that taking out from my savings account will affect my credit score which is annoying, I do like the fact that whether I am unemployed or employed, I always received my due payments a day earlier than the date scheduled. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

The worst customer service

Iv been trying to reach LCCU for 6 days I have literally called from 9.30am to 2pm everyday all day and the phone just rings and rings. The worst customer service iv ever know they must be sitting there just watching the phone ring Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
