Joined no welcome letter or anything.

Joined no welcome letter or anything. Applied for a loan had to chase it for over a week. Asked for id and a five pound... Joined no welcome letter or anything. Applied for a loan had to chase it for over a week. Asked for id and a five pound deposit. When asked for a update I got told I needed to send proof of that 5 pound deposit and there was no loan or my id on my account!! Bear in mind same person had emailed previously for id. Then they recalled that email and sent what they should of advised. Then turned me down for the loan. When all in all if this is how they operate im glad I wont be saving my money with them either. Poor customer service and staff who dont know what's going on. Probably won't try to use a credit union again for savings or a loan Read more Read less

    I recommend Thamesbank credit union!

    They are very friendly on the phone if I have any issues and very quick to sort it out, very quick too with the loans...
