Iain was helpful. Originally intended was to change ISA to fixed rate product but decided to go elsewhere as fixed-rate product does not include a passbook. I havestayedwith this building society for a number of years because my other accounts are passbook operated. The intrest rates are poor in comparison to online account and I appreciate this because of staffing in branch but I feel the difference between the 2 are too high as you are still holding his Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
