Not great service

Slightly disappointed at being told at 11.55 that the branch would be closing at 12.00 and that I could not open an new savings account. This does not demonstrate great customer service and 'going the extra mile'. I shall now deposit my funds in an alternative saving account with another provider. Reviewed on: 10th May 2026

I booked an appointment with mansfield BS on 2 March 2026 for an appointment on 1 May 2026, when we arrived we were informed they had no appointment for us, however someone did see us, to disscus savings Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Would have given higher marks but this is a newly opened account so I don't know how it suits yet. Would have preferred online facility but understand that it is not possible for trust account.
