Tried to load app on tablet after years of no proble...

Tried to load app on tablet after years of no problems only to get message saying app now only available on a phone. No communication to say this was happening. Problem is app doesn't work on Huawei phone and to use website have to go on desktop site on smartphone which is dreadful. Secure messages not answered for ages. Have withdrawn funds, closed account and transfer to another building society with far better app and website as well as customer service. Excellent customer service but ...

Excellent customer service and decent website but low interest rates. Lack of monthly interest accounts. App is not really good and won't work on my phone even though it has the up to date software. Did ask about it but got nowhere. Also website not designed for smartphone and have to use it in desktop mode. Did ask but got nowhere. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

Requested an isa transfer from a cash ISA into lloyd...

Requested an isa transfer from a cash ISA into lloyds stocks and shares ISA. After a while nothing had happened and no contact from Lloyds so rang. Told that the transfer request had been sent by Lloyds to sending bank bug they had no response so they had sent reminder. Rang the sending bank who said they hadn't received anything from Lloyds. Lo and behold 4 days later received letter from Lloyds saying they were still waiting for me to return the wet signature transfer form to them even though they had told me they had contacted the sending bank twice.
