Friendly, helpful staff

Power of Attorney

Myself and my sister booked an appointment with Lisa at your Kirkby-in-Ashfield branch. Using power of attorney we moved mums accounts to better interest rate accounts. Everything was explained to us and the procedure was seamless. We are very pleased with the service. Reviewed on: 5th May 2023

Loyalty no more

Mansfield are letting their old regular saver issue 2 accounts rot on the vine, presumably hoping people will not notice mansfield not passing as much of the BOE rate rises onto it as newer RS accounts. I noticed and closed an account and have other issue 2 accounts I will also he cloising Reviewed on: 4th May 2023

Great local building society

Opening an account.

Easy to open accoung via post. When you telephone the society, the girls are always very helpful.pful and friendly. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

Great customer care

After having an ISA with one of the major banks I switched to Mansfield due to it's 5 fold higher interest rate on what I had been receiving on my easy access account, however the customer experience with the Mansfield was far superior. Helpful and experienced staff answered all queries clearly and accurately, thank you to the Chesterfield branch staff. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023
